We are looking for a current automotive Financial Service Manager, sales focused banker, sales professional or customer service representative that excels in high volume sales & customer service excellence, to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with financing options.
• Secure financing through lending institutions.
• Sell finance and insurance products, extended service contracts, and protection products.
• Ensure paperwork accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with partners.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams.
• Prospect aftermarket sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of Customer Service and Sales experience
• Banking and financing experience, or automotive sales experience is preferred
• Valid drivers license and criminal record check
• Proficiency with various computing programs such as word, excel, and CRM systems

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year

Experience:

• customer service: 3 years (required)
• automotive sales: 3 years (preferred)
• banking / lending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• drivers licence (required)
